an evolving effort
Where did MCE come from?
Stemming from a personal medical mission campaign to support resident missionaries in Cusco, Peru the idea of organizing a team of mechanically-trained conservative care clinicians to offer free care to the impoverished was born.
Hear and see about our pilot effort in August of 2017.
Inaugural humanitarian effort to deliver a proper mechanical exam and provide treatment and education for the underserved in Cusco, Peru. Six therapists trained in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy traveled to Peru and conducted a 4 day clinic providing free care to those struggling with musculoskeletal disorders and who, otherwise, wouldn't have access to a thorough exam.
