Empowering Self Care Through a Proper Mechanical Exam

Mechanical Care Everywhere (MCE) is a charitable organization focused on educating effective self care for people with musculoskeletal pain in underserved areas around the world. Clinicians serving these underserved areas are trained in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, an assessment method proven to improve self management of musculoskeletal pain (https://www.mckenzieinstitute.org/). MCE seeks to create sustainable programs by partnering with local communities who have limited resources, through returning visits and continued support online.
